#2 Embracing Creativity & Community

hello again creative souls!

Since launching the website and Thrive and Shine digital magazine, I’ve been overwhelmed by the positive vibes from you all! It’s amazing to see so many of you resonating with the theme of change and the courage it takes to embrace new directions in life.

My latest adventure, Paint and Play Lab, is already coming to life! This little club combines art, science, and English learning, and I’m loving the energy it brings. Watching members experiment, laugh, and create together has been pure joy. It reminds me of how creativity flourishes best in a supportive community, where we can learn from each other and celebrate our unique ideas.

On a personal note, my mindfulness training is opening up new perspectives on how I create art and connect with the moment. I can’t wait to blend this mindful approach into my art sessions and share it with all of you. After all, when we slow down and appreciate each detail, we see our art—and ourselves—in a whole new light.
